The Albatross

A work-in-progress showcase at Tête-à-tête: The Opera Festival 2017

The Albatross is inspired by contemporary science, as well as by Moby Dick and Coleridge’s epic Ancient Mariner. Sinéad and her team use music, text, and movement to invoke that magical, otherworldly moment of encounter between human and animal.
